Terms and conditions
These terms cover your use of elitefencingnj.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. They do not replace the written contract you sign with us for any work; that contract governs the work.
What this site is for
The site describes the fences and gates we build in New Jersey and lets you request a free estimate. Nothing on it is an offer to do work at a particular price. Every price on this site is a general range; your written price comes after we walk the property with you.
Estimates, contracts, deposits and cancellations
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. We come out, walk the line with you, and leave you a written price.
Work is done only under a written contract signed by you and by us. The contract states the price, any deposit, the materials, the schedule, permit responsibilities, warranty terms, and cancellation terms. If anything on this site differs from your contract, the contract controls.
Your right to cancel. Under New Jersey law, for a home improvement contract of $500 or more you have the right to cancel within three business days after you receive a signed copy of the contract, and the contract itself tells you how. If you cancel within that window, any deposit you paid is returned to you. After that window, deposits and refunds are handled as your contract states, because materials are ordered and crews are scheduled against your job.
Our New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor registration number appears on every contract and estimate we give you.
Booking online
The booking calendar on this site is run by LeadConnector / HighLevel. When you use it you also agree to that provider's terms. A booked slot is a request for an estimate visit; we confirm it by phone, email, or text. To cancel or move an appointment, call us.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages when booking, we may text you confirmations, reminders, and replies. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. We do not share your number or your opt-in with third parties for their marketing. Details are in the privacy policy.
Photos and content
The photographs of fences and gates on this site show our own work. Images labeled "illustration" are computer-generated illustrations, not photographs of a job. The text, photos, logo, and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, sell, or reuse its content without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not try to break, overload, scrape, or interfere with the site or the booking calendar, and do not use either for anything unlawful.
Third-party links and services
Links and embedded services from other companies are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
No guarantees about the site
The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available but do not promise it will always be error-free or online. Nothing on the site is professional, legal, or engineering advice, and conditions on your property may change what can be built.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent New Jersey law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, changes the terms of your written contract, or limits your rights under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act and its home improvement regulations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute about the site will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Middlesex County, New Jersey, unless your written contract says otherwise.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this site. If any part of it is hard for you to use, call us and we will book you by phone. Our accessibility statement explains what we have done.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
