Privacy policy

The short version: this site does not ask you for anything. The only place you give us information is the booking calendar, which a third-party service runs for us, and the only information we want is what we need to come out and give you an estimate. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking pixels on this site, and we do not sell personal information.

What we collect and where it comes from

Information you give us

When you book an estimate through the calendar in the "Free estimate" section, you may enter your name, phone number, email address, the town or address of the property, the kind of fence you are thinking about, notes, and a preferred date and time. The calendar is provided by LeadConnector (HighLevel Inc.), which stores that information for us so we can schedule your visit.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider, Hostinger, keeps standard server logs for security and to keep the site running: your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time. We do not add analytics tools, advertising trackers, or tracking pixels to this site. The booking calendar provider may collect device and usage information and may use cookies or pixels inside the calendar under its own policy; see our cookie policy.

Information we do not collect

There are no accounts, no passwords, and no payment details on this site.

How we use it

To contact you about your estimate and schedule the visit.
To prepare your written price and, if you hire us, to do the work.
To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and answers to your questions by phone, email, or text message if you opted in to texts.
To keep the site secure and working.
To meet legal and record-keeping obligations.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages when booking, we may text you appointment confirmations, reminders, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts and HELP for help. Your mobile number and your text-message opt-in are not shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing.

Service providers that work for us: Hostinger (website hosting and server logs) and LeadConnector / HighLevel (booking, scheduling, and messaging). They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
When the law requires it, for example to respond to a valid legal request or to protect someone's safety.
If the business is sold or merged, your information may transfer with it under this policy.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site sets no cookies of its own. It stores one small entry in your browser (called "efb-notice") to remember that you closed the privacy notice; it holds no personal data and never leaves your device. The booking calendar may set its own cookies when it loads. Full details are in the cookie policy.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and estimate information for as long as we need it to serve you and to keep proper business records, including any period required by law, and then delete or anonymize it. Server logs are kept by our host for a limited time and then discarded.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we may need to keep records we are required to keep). You can stop texts by replying STOP and stop emails by telling us. Send any request to ElitefencingNJ@gmail.com or call (908) 952-0716, and we will respond within 45 days.

New Jersey residents have rights under the New Jersey Data Privacy Act to confirm whether a business processes their personal data, to access, correct, and delete it, to get a copy, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling. We do none of those three things. Whether or not the law's thresholds apply to a business of our size, we honor these requests by email. Because we do not sell or share personal data for targeted advertising, browser signals such as Global Privacy Control have nothing to opt out of on this site.

Children

This site is for property owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, holds no accounts or payment details, and loads no third-party code except the booking calendar. Our service providers keep their own safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Third-party services and links

The booking calendar is run by LeadConnector / HighLevel under its privacy policy. Our host, Hostinger, operates under its privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of other websites we link to.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
